Open your kitchen cupboard and pull out the apple cider vinegar. You have just found a possible home remedy for high cholesterol and reducing hypertension!

This is according to the article, Apple Cider Vinegar: Can it Improve Heart Health?:

"In the limited evidence we have, apple cider vinegar can help improve your lipids of cholesterol,” says Medical Doctor and Endocrinologist, Jaiwant Rangi. “Cholesterol is a risk factor for heart disease so once you improve on that, it can improve diabetes control and improve weight loss. All of which go positive for heart health.”

I have been using this every morning by placing 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar in approximately 8 oz. of water. If you like pickles then you probably won't mind the flavor...it taste a bit like pickle juice...if you don't like the flavor...hold your nose and gulp quickly. Another possible benefit is weight loss! I don't know about you but I could definitely reap rewards with this small change in my health care routine.
